Niantic has announced the new schedule for the Pokemon GO Safari Zone on their blogpost, an event that was originally planned for 2020, but we all know how that year went.
Pokemon GO Safari Zone: Liverpool is having a new date, and that date is Friday, October 15th, 2021, and will end on Sunday, October 17th, 2021. The event will be occurring in Sefton Park.
The next Safari Zone that will be having a new date is Pokemon GO Safari Zone: Philadelphia, and that is Friday, October 29th, 2021. The event will be occurring in Fairmount Park and will end on Sunday, October 31st, 2021.
Pokemon GO Safari Zone: St. Louis will begin on November 12th, 2021, and will end on Sunday, November 14th, 2021. The place of occurrence will be Tower Grove Park, and there is a slight change of the hour that this event will start on.
The ones that already bought the tickets will be able to participate in the event, and they will also have featured Pokemon appearing more in the wild. There will be both event-exclusive Special Research and Field Research tasks, and the Incense will have a duration of eight hours (if activated during event hours). The same goes for Lure Modules, but they will last for four hours. Safari Zone Philadelphia ticket holders will be having a surprise if they take a snapshot.
Ticket holders that will join an in-person event are obligated to RSVP. This is due to COVID protocols so people can hold their distance and be safe. More on this you will see on your email that Niantic will be sending.
The updated times can be seen in the Events tab, and there will not be modifications on the tickets. If you bought a ticket for Friday, you will have access only for Friday.
The ones that have bought the City Explorer Pass experience ticket will be refunded, as there will not be a ticket of that kind for this event. Refunds will be beginning on October 2nd, 2021.
