Promo codes are always welcomed in the Pokemon Go community, especially when players are running low on supplies.
Unfortunately, currently, we do not have many active codes in the game, only one code and a huge number of expired ones. The good thing is that Niantic can unexpectedly drop a code that will give us PokeBalls, Berries, Raid Passes, and more.

It is a bit complicated for iOS users, but the first thing you need to do is to go to the Niantic Offer Redemption page. The next step is to log in with the same method you use to log in to the Pokemon Go app. There will be a box where you can paste your code and redeem it.
Android users can also redeem a promo code via the Niantic Offer Redemption page. However, there is another way to redeem promo codes for Android users. The first thing you should do is to open your app and click the Pokeball button. From there, click on the Shop button, and at the very end of the page, there is a blank white box where you can paste the code and redeem it.
