Trainers, the Mythical Pokemon Genesect holding a Douse Drive is making its Pokemon Go debut, but unfortunately, Douse Genesect cannot be shiny.

The Mythical Pokemon Douse Drive Genesect is the new Tier 5 Raid Boss in Pokemon Go, available to battle and catch from October 1, 2021, at 10 AM, to October 12, 2021, at 10 AM local time. Shiny Douse Drive Genesect will not be appearing as a Shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Go.

Douse Drive Genesect can be defeated by 2+ Trainers using the best counters. The best Douse Genesect counters are Mega Charizard Y, Shadow Moltres, Shadow Entei, Shadow Charizard, and Reshiram.

Douse Drive Genesect Raid Counters

  • Mega Charizard Y with Fire Spin and Blast Burn
  • Shadow Moltres with Fire Spin and Overheat
  • Shadow Entei with Fire Fang and Overheat
  • Shadow Charizard with Fire Spin and Blast Burn
  • Reshiram with Fire Fang and Overheat

Douse Drive Genesect is double weak against Fire-type moves.

The Mythical Pokémon Genesect holding a Douse Drive will be appearing in five-star raids from Friday, October 1, 2021, at 10 AM to Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 10 AM local time.
