For iOS, open the Niantic Offer Redemption page, and log in to the PoGO app. When you complete these steps, you will see a box where you can paste your copied code and redeem it.
Android users can also use the Niantic Offer Redemption page, but there is an easier way of doing it. Open your Pokemon GO app and click on the Pokeball button. There will be a button for the in-game shop that you need to click it. Next, scroll at the very end of the page where you can find a white box that is intended to paste the promo code and redeem it.
