Escape From Tarkov Patch 12.12 and Wipe Might Have Been Moved to December 22

It could be the latter.

Earlier this week, we saw a tease claiming that the next Escape From Tarkov patch 12.12 and wipe is estimated to arrive on December 12. However, with today’s in-game pre-wipe event, the Obdolbos Cocktail has been reworked, which doesn’t make me happy at all. Why? First and foremost, it’s not due to its properties, but it’s because of the duration timer on the cocktail, which may indicate a December 22 wipe rather than December 12.

Naturally, I am not some conspiracy theorist, but hey, everyone loves to delve into something like this. First, let’s see the picture of the Obdolbos cocktail in-game below.

As you can notice, the duration of the syringe has been reworked to 2212 seconds. Does that mean that December 22 could be the new date for the wipe, despite the recent tease by Battlestate Games about the 12.12 update? Nevertheless, we’re just an hour away from the official 12.12 Trailer premiere, where we believe we’ll find out the exact date of the wipe.

But, what do you think regarding this? Do you believe the wipe has been rescheduled, or BSG is still aiming for December 12? Let me know your opinions in the comment section below.
