Trainers, the next Community Day in January 2022 has been announced. The featured Pokemon is Spheal and can be shiny.
The first Community Day event in 2022 is going live on January 16, 2022, featuring Spheal, shiny Spheal, Walrein will be able to learn the Charged Attack Icicle Spear, a new Special Research story, and many bonuses.

We’re excited to announce that Spheal, the Clap Pokémon, will be featured during January’s Community Day event!

Evolve Sealeo (Spheal’s Evolution) during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Walrein that knows the Charged Attack Icicle Spear and Fast Attack Powder Snow.

Making its Pokémon GO debut, this low-energy Charged Attack will be sure to make Walrein shine!
