Spotlight Hour is a great event if you want to find the perfect Pokemon or even make an army of the chosen Spotlight Hour Pokemon.
There are a few bonuses that activate when Spotlight Hour takes place, which are usually double Transfer Candy, double XP for catching and evolving Pokemon, and more. Spotlight Hour always happens on a Tuesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. Depending on the month, there are always 4 or more Tuesdays, which means 4 or more Pokemon appearing like crazy in the wild.
