Lend-Lease – Part 1 is a quest in Escape From Tarkov. The task is given by Skier, and requires you to pick up a couple of motor controllers and gyroscopes scattered on Shoreline and Woods. The quest is available for pickup on Level 25.

Hey, get over here, I have a big deal! You have probably heard already that there are a couple of foreign drones downed in the area? Good people have asked me to salvage something for them, controllers or whatnot. I don’t know what that is, I, frankly, I don’t give a f***, all I know is that they’re paying some good crispy green and obviously don’t want our domestic tech pool expansion. These drones are most likely already pulled apart, but it’s still worth a look. Keep in mind, that before they lost contact with command, USECs received an order to check up the drones and fetch the gyros from the abandoned Russian military vehicles. You need to search the places where they used to hang out. I know it’s f***** up to work for them capitalists, but such a pile of cash is stronger than my patriotism. I know the USECs were hanging around Shoreline and Woods, so it’s worth checking there first.

- Hand over the first controller
- Obtain the second Motor Controller on Shoreline
- Hand over the second controller
- Obtain the third Motor Controller on Shoreline

Both the Motor Controllers and Gyroscopes are items that need to be picked up in-game, which means death would remove them from your temporary inventory. Without further ado, let’s see the exact location of all of these items.
Required Items
- Health Resort west wing 216 key.
- Health Resort east wing 306 key or Health Resort east wing 308 key.

Lend-Lease – Part 1 Shoreline Motor Controllers and Gyroscope
For the items in the Health Resort you will need two different keys. One is West Wing 216, the other one is East Wing 306 or 308 since they’re connected with a balcony.
Below you can find the map of all items you need to pick up on Shoreline.
West Wing Health Resort Room 216
First stop, the health resort. You would need to visit both of the wings, east and west. Let’s start with the west wing first. You would need key 216. Head up to the second floor, seek room 216 and unlock it. Once you enter, the Gyroscope should be in a drawer on your left. For a better explanation check the images below:
East Wing Health Resort Room 306
Next, let’s go to the East Wing. Get to room 306. Once you unlock it, you will notice a box laying down on the balcony. That’s exactly where the motor controller is located. The room 306 is the one with computers, and you may find a decent loot over there too.
Last Motor Controller just south of the radio tower on Shoreline
One of the motor controllers is tricky to find, but worry not, we have the perfect solution for it. Just roam around the area marked on the map until you find the crashed drone between the rocks. Once you find it, it’s easy. Just jump on the rock next to it, just like in the video below:
Keep in mind that you need to survive and extract in order to sustain the items and hand them back to Skier. Good luck on your mission!
