Guide
The quest asks you to find Ophthalmoscope and LEDX Skin Transilluminator in raid, and hand them over to Therapist. Now, only one of them can be crafted in the Hideout (Medstation 3) and that one is the LEDX Skin Transilluminator. Therefore you should put some effort into finding at least an Ophthalmoscope in raid. It may sound hard, but it actually isn’t, and plus you can find the LEDX Skin Transilluminator on the way.
Ophthalmoscope spawns
Ophthalmoscope spawns in Health Resort are quite common, but also have a higher chance of spawning in Medcases, Medbags, Buried stashes, Sports bags, as well as in Scavs. As for the maps:

- East Wing Room 219 Spawns LEDX on the ground and it’s open by default, quite surprising change for this patch.
- Anywhere with medical loot spawns such as East Wing 222.
