Amazone Games and Smilegate RPG, the publisher, and developer of Lost Ark, due to the recent server issues causing stormy feedback, will cheer and accommodate the fans with something else. To soothe the frustration, the developer has decided to rush the shipping date of the Bonus Founder’s Pack to today, Friday, February 18.
Those impacted who decided to start anew will be sent a Bonus Founder’s Pack. According to the official message on the forums, the developer stated that these grants would occur over the course of the day so it doesn’t clog up the servers further. The EU region is struggling hard, and hopefully, the new Western server will mix things up in a better direction.

We’ve decided to help players get a head start on their adventures in Arkesia before the weekend hits, so we’re moving up the Bonus Founder’s Pack Grants to begin today, February 18, beginning at 2 PM PT / 10 PM UTC. These grants will happen over the course of the day, so if it takes a bit of time for your new pack to show up, don’t fret! Because of the number of players receiving this grant, distribution could take up to 24 hours to complete.

Too bad to see Amazon Games tumbling down on a Server Transfer feature, which is highly demanded by the community. Offering new servers is good, but wouldn’t change much, especially for the people at the EU region. It’s hard to see people forgetting their current progress and starting anew.
