The next GO Battle League will be quite different from the previous ones we had, as reported by Niantic. GO Battle League Season 10 is about to end, so it is time to talk about the next one and the new look it will be getting.
First and foremost, the ratings during the upcoming season will be paused, and GO Battle League Season 10 will be extended until March 1st, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT-8). As this season ends, the new season will step in and take charge. The GO Battle League Seasons will move together through the days with the in-game Seasons.
With no rankings, Trainers will cap at Rank 20, and the Cups will be rotating every week with flashbacks of previous Special Cups. Throughout the season, we are going to see new formats of the GO Battle Days that will be used for further testing.
There will not be any attack changes or attack availability updates for this season, mainly because Pokemon GO will be having the first event of its kind, called the Pokemon GO World Championship Series.
