Elden Ring Sales In Japan Amid Patch Release

While Elden Ring is battling some bugs and crashes, it was reported that both PS4 and PS5 sales in Japan have jumped to 278,507 units sold.

The number of sales might be higher at the end because there isn’t any official statement from FromSoftware that includes sales from other consoles that the game is available on.

A new patch has been launched that supposedly fixes the bug where the whole PS5 console turns off without saving the data progress of the game. While it does not solve the turning-off console problem, it might solve the save progression problem on PS5. The fix comes with Patch 1.02.2.

Have you installed the patch? Did it fix the major problem with the console?
