How to Unlock the Kadan Story Quest in Lost Ark?

New endgame content to spice things up.

Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG have finally decided to bring the Kadan story to the western region with the weekly reset and latest update. That brings us to a whole new wave of surprises in Lost Ark and an entire new Abyss Raid: Argos. So, let’s find Kadan and continue our Lost Ark journey.

How to Unlock Kadan Story Quest in Lost Ark?

What are the prerequisites to get there? Well, if you haven’t done the following quests, then you should find your way through them.

  • Yorn!Let There Be Light
    • The quest starts in Great Castle after completing The Final Report quest.
  • Whispering Islet!Start of Our Story
    • The starting quest is Start of Our Story on Whispering Islet, which becomes available after completing To The Sound.
  • Illusion Bamboo Island!End of the Trials
    • The starting quest is on Illusion Bamboo Island after completing Shandi’s Trial: Way of Courage. It all starts with Trapped in the Trial.

Each quest begins at that same island. If you’re unaware of their locations, open the map by pressing [M] while you’re in the open seas and then use the search bar to filter them out one by one. The quests are pretty straightforward, except for the Whispering Islet story, which is more demanding than the other ones.

After their completion, you will be eligible to interact and accept a quest from the NPC named Sebastian at Vern Castle in North Vern. After that, it’s pretty straightforward, just follow the questline.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
