Pokemon Go April 2022 Events

Easter month is about to begin, and we all know what that means in Pokemon Go: festivities, debuts and many rewards.

The first thing that we must inform the Pokemon Go Community is about the Community Day event, that will be held on April 23rd, 2022. The featured Pokemon will be a new one, and that Pokemon will be Stufful, the Flailing Pokemon.

The next important event will be April Fools’ 2-Oh?-22, hosted on April 1st, 2022. The following event will be the All-Hands Rocket Retreat, starting on April 3rd and ending on April 7th, 2022. During these few days, Trainers will see more of Team GO Rocket. From April 12th until April 18th, an event called Spring into Spring will be hosted, and it is described as a themed event. The last event of April will be the Sustainability Week, starting from April 20th and ending on April 25th, 2022. During these few days, a new Pokemon originally discovered in the Alola Region will be making its debut.

For every Monday in April, Trainers will have a one-time purchase of 1 PokeCoin bundle with a Remote Raid and other items. As a Research Breakthrough encounter for this month, we will have Alolam Marowak.

In Five-star Raids, until April 5th, Trainers will have the chance to battle Tapu Lele, and from April 5th until April 12th, Therian Forme Thundurus will be featured as a Five-star Raid Boss. The next Pokemon that will take the Raid Boss title, from April 12th until April 26th, will be Tapu Bulu. This Pokemon will also be making its debut through Five-star Raids. The last Raid boss of the month will be Therian Forme Landorus, and it will be featured as a Raid Boss from April 26th until May 3rd, 2022.

The next Mega Raid Boss will be Mega Manectric, starting from April 5th and ending on April 12th. From April 12th until April 29th, Mega Pidgeot will be featured as a Mega Raid Boss, and the last Mega Raid Boss will be a surprise, and that Pokemon will be in Mega Raids from April 29th until May 3rd, 2022.

Raid Hour events will be held every Wednesday in April, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time, and the first Pokemon that will be featured as a Raid Boss during Raid Hour on April 6th will be Therian Forme Thundurus. The next Raid Hour events on April 13th and April 20th will bring Tapu Bulu. The last Raid Hour event of April will be on April 27th, and Trainers will have the chance to catch Therian Forme Landorus.

Stunky will be the Pokemon featured in the first Spotlight Hour event in April, and during those few hours, Trainers will enjoy 2x Candy for transferring Pokemon. On April 12th, Bunnelby will be featured as the Spotlight Hour Pokemon, and there will be a 2x XP for evolving Pokemon. On April 19th, Oddish will appear more frequently in the wild, and there will be a 2x Catch Stardust. Sunshine Form Cherrim will be closing April as the last Spotlight Hour Pokemon of the Month, where Trainers will have 2x Catch XP.

Last but not least, Android users will be enjoying a new feature during April, where if you enable Adventure Sync, you will have the option to add a widget to your device’s home screen. This widget will allow you to track your progress when hatching Eggs. Cool feature, isn’t it?
