Pokemon Go Festival of Colors Open To All Trainers

An event that was exclusive to India last year will now be open for Trainers all around the globe.

The event is dedicated to Holi, an Indian festival that celebrates the victory of good (also celebrates love, new beginnings, the arrival of spring) and last year Indian Trainers were able to celebrate it for a couple of days in the most popular mobile game Pokemon GO.

Starting from March 15th, Trainers from all over the globe will be able to celebrate together with the Indian Trainers with a big assortment of colorful Pokemon that will be appearing until March 20th, 2022. The event is called Festival of Colors and will be celebrated together with the new in-game Season that just began, called Season of Alola.

Last year, the event featured many colorful Pokemon and a debut of a new one, accompanied by many bonuses and a new set of Timed Research tasks. However, for this year’s Festival of Colors, we do not know what we will be rewarded with, other than three face stickers (Red Face Sticker, Yellow Face Sticker and Blue Face Sticker).

Niantic did not reveal much, but we do expect to see an official statement in the days before the start of the Festival of Colors event.

Will you participate in the event? What would you like to see during those few days?
