Trainers, the second Spotlight Hour event in Pokemon Go in March is going live today, featuring Exeggcute, Shiny Exeggcute, and 2x XP for evolving Pokemon.
March 2022 brings five different Spotlight Hour events, five different Pokemon and their shiny forms, and different bonuses for each Spotlight hour event. The first event in March introduced Cubone, its shiny forms, and 2x Candy for transferring Pokemon, and now it’s time for the next Spotlight Hour event which goes live today, March 8, 2022.
Today’s Spotlight Hour event runs from 6 PM to 7 PM local time and this time players around the globe will have a chance to catch Exeggcute, its shiny forms, and earn 2x XP for evolving Pokemon.

Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour March 2022 Schedule
- March 15: Growlithe, and 2× Catch Stardust
- March 22: Sudowoodo, and 2× Catch XP
- March 29: Paras, and 2× Catch Candy
Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour event is a weekly event that features an increased spawn rate of Pokemon in the wild and bonuses for Candy, Stardust, or XP. It occurs on Tuesday from 6 PM to 7 PM local time.
