It has been reported that there will be new DualSense controllers with new colors and upgraded parts.
While there isn’t any official statement from Sony, a YouTube user going by the name TronicsFix has uploaded a video in which he shows the three new colours named Starlight Blue, Nova Pink and Galactic Purple. The main concern of many users is the new springs. In the new DualSense controllers, the springs look longer and stronger. It also appears that these controllers have a slightly different mainboard.
However, since there is no statement (official at least) we do not know whether the springs and other improved parts would help the well-known problem that is the stick drift. There are some other tweaks, but until we get something from Sony, we do not know whether or not the three new DualSense controllers got meaningful improvements.
