Escape From Tarkov Countdown May Indicate Wipe, Or Else, Who Knows?

This could be everything, but given the countdown it should be resonating something big.

If you have followed the newspaper revealed in a recent tease by Battlestate Games, the web page has turned into something completely different. The website ТарБар.рф no longer represents an online magazine. Instead, it contains a background image of the Marked Room on Customs, with a countdown slapped on top of it. So there is something that’s supposed to come in 1 hour and 18 hours from the time of this writing.

I have embedded it just below for all those dubious or unable to visit the website. The translation says:

You were not careful, Tarkov is calling you.

Watching the source code, we found an intriguing comment line saying the following:

And I like you, you are inquisitive… But there is nothing here.

While no one knows what this countdown relates to, it may be a clue of a potential wipe. It could also lead to the release of the Lighthouse expansion. This move backs all of the recent events made by Battlestate Games. One thing remains for sure. The countdown timer is definitely related to something big and we’ll find out what exactly soon.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
