Several reports now hint at a new Mafia game development, and if these turn out to be true, the Mafia fans will be more than thrilled.
The reports that have been circulating for quite some time claim that the development will be conducted by Hangar 13’s UK studio, and that supposedly the game will be focused on events that happened before the Mafia trilogy, or in other words, the game will be labelled as a prequel.
The game’s codename as reported by many is Nero, and the game, unlike the Mafia trilogy, will be developed in Unreal Engine 5.
Keep in mind that this is speculation at this point, so it might turn out to be true or false.
