The Pokemon Company Gets Groundbreaking Fiscal Year

Success after success is what the fiscal year looks like for The Pokemon Company.

As it is every year, companies share with the public how the previous fiscal year has been looking for them, either bad or good information, but it is for the sole purpose of revealing whether decisions they’ve made have proven to be a good move.

The Pokemon Company has reported that the fiscal year with an end date of February 28th, 2022, has become another record for them. The sales of the company went up by over 70% as compared to the previous fiscal year, and The Pokemon Company marked an operating profit of around 59 billion yen (US$460m). The net profit is what caught our eye, where they mark a net profit of 41bn yen (US$320m), which is a 123% increase in comparison to the previous year’s earnings.

More games are waiting to be released by this company, so we have no doubt that next year will be even more groundbreaking than this one.
