505 Games Is Purchasing D3 Go! From Bandai Namco and D3 Publisher

The mobile publisher named D3 Go!, which was under D3 Publisher and Bandai Namco, has just been acquired by 505 Games.

Recently announced, the Cali-based (Encino) publisher will come under the wing of Digital Bros. which is the parent company of 505 Games, and they will have full ownership of the famous Puzzle Quest franchise. It is said that the game developments will continue normally, but they will be marketed under 505 Games.

Here is what Clive Robert, head of 505 Games free-to-play, has said:

“D3 Go! has done a brilliant job bringing some of the biggest Puzzle Quest titles to market, and it was a natural fit for us to welcome them into the 505 Games family, building on our library of owned IP. This acquisition marks the second for us in only two years as we continue our dedication to growing the free-to-play business unit and bringing to gamers the best there is to offer—from original games, to powerhouse licenses, and beyond.”
