Pokemon Go July 2022 Events

July is going to be full of Pokemon GO events, and every one of them will bring Trainers many rewards and new friends to battle the Pocket Monsters with.

Starting with the Pokemon GO Fest Berlin. This event will be an in-person event that will be happening in Berlin, and it will start on July 1st, 2022 and end on July 3rd, 2022. The tickets for this event are already available to purchase if you are interested in participating.

The next event that will be happening is the Pokemon GO Fest Seattle which will start on July 22nd, 2022 and end on July 24th, 2022. Just like Pokemon GO Fest Berlin, this event will be in-person and the tickets for it are already available to purchase.

The most important event of the month, besides these two, is the July Community Day which will be held on July 17th, 2022. The main Pokemon that will be visiting us that day will be Starly, known as the Starling Pokemon.

A special event that Niantic did not disclose will start on July 27th, 2022, and end on August 2nd, 2022, when a special Pokemon will be having its debut. More information about this secret event will be coming in the upcoming weeks (hopefully).

The last major event that will be held in July is the Pokemon GO Anniversary Event, where Trainers will be celebrating the most popular mobile game Pokemon GO, and it will start on July 6th, 2022, and end on July 12th, 2022.

As for Raid Bosses, starting on July 1st until July 7th, the Pokemon featured in Five-star Raids will be Articuno. The next Raid Boss that will come to the spotlight is Zapdos, and this Pokemon will be available for battle from July 7th, 2022, until July 14th, 2022. And now, the Pokemon we have all been waiting for (at least we here do) a long time, Dialga. This Legendary Pokemon will be staying in the game from July 22nd, 2022, until July 31st, 2022.

Mega Raids will be filled with our favourite Mega Pokemon, and they are the following:

Mega Charizard X – will be in Mega Raids from July 1st, 2022, until July 7th, 2022.
Mega Charizard Y – will be in Mega Raids from July 7th, 2022, until July 14th, 2022.
Mega Pidgeot – will be in Mega Raids from July 14th, 2022, until July 22nd, 2022.
Mega Gengar – will be in Mega Raids from July 22nd, 2022, until July 31st, 2022.

Raid Hours in July will start on July 6th, and the first Pokemon that will be featured in the event is Articuno. Next up is Zapdos, which will come in Raids from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m local time on July 13th, 2022. On July 20th, 2022, the Pokemon that we will be seeing as part of the Raid Hour event is Moltres, and the Pokemon that will be closing the Raid Hour event is Dialga, and this Pokemon will pay us a visit on July 27th, 2022.

There is a Raid Hour event and there is a Spotlight Hour event. Every Tuesday in July, for one hour, there will be a special Pokemon that will be appearing in the wild more frequently than it usually does, and on the first Tuesday, we will have Ledyba, which will bring us 2x XP for catching Pokemon. The next Pokemon that will be featured as a Spotlight Hour Pokemon is Machop on July 12th, 2022, and the bonus that will be active is 2x Candy for catching Pokemon. On July 19th, 2022, the featured Pokemon will be Staryu, and the active bonus will be 2x Candy for transferring Pokemon. The last Pokemon that will be featured in the Spotlight Hour events during July is Meditite, and this Pokemon will be appearing more frequently in the wild on July 26th, 2022. The bonus that will be active is 2x XP for evolving Pokemon.

Lickitung will be featured as a Research Breakthrough encounter in July.
