Pokemon Go Ultra Unlock to Bring Galarian Legendary Birds Galar Articuno, Galar Zapdos, and Galar Moltres

Trainers, the Pokemon Go Fest 2022 Ultra Unlock event is the next big event in Pokemon Go. This event is scheduled to go live after the Seattle, Berlin, and Sapporo Go Fest 2022 ends, and it looks like the Galarian Legendary Birds Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres could be the Ultra Unlock bonuses this time.

Today we have gotten some more information regarding Ultra Unlocks, and we are more than happy to say that they will be even better than last year ( if everything goes without any problem).

Pokemon GO Fest 2022 Ultra Unlocks will be consisted of several events, instead of one, unlike last year, where we had only one. The Pokemon GO Fest 2022 events will be in-person, and there will also be live events happening in Berlin, Seattle, and Sapporo.

To get Ultra Unlock bonuses, this year Trainers will have to work together to complete several Global Challenges with tasks such as defeating Team GO Rocket members and more. If these Challenges are completed, Trainers will unlock a special version of an event that will come at a later date during the current season.

The first Ultra Unlock has already passed during the two-day global event on June 5th, and the rest of the Ultra Unlocks will come during the in-person events as part of the Pokemon GO Fest event.

Ultra Unlock events will be available to complete during the following events:

  • Global Pokemon GO Fest – to unlock the first Ultra Unlock bonuses for Adventure Week, Trainers will have to complete at least 20 Global Challenges.
  • Pokemon GO Fest Berlin: Ultra Unlock bonuses will be available for the anniversary event if Trainers complete this event’s Global Challenge.
  • Pokemon GO Fest Seattle: Ultra Unlock bonuses will be available for an event that is not revealed to the public yet if Trainers complete this event’s Global Challenge.
  • Pokemon GO Fest Sapporo: Ultra Unlock bonuses will be available for an event that will be announced at a later date if Trainers complete this event’s Global Challenge.

If you fail to attend either of these events, you can still help other Trainers to get closer to the finish line and get the Ultra Unlock bonuses.

More information is to come a weekday after the end of the corresponding Pokemon GO Fest event.

Now, we come to the fun part. The recent Pokemon Go datamine hints at the release of the Galarian Legendary Birds Galar Articuno, Galar Zapdos, and  Galar Moltres. Sounds great, right? But wait, there is more –  the Galar Legendary Birds shinies have the colors of their Kanto counterparts. How about now?

Unfortunately, there are no details about the release date of the Galarian Legendary Birds, but the next big event is the Ultra Unlock event and it’s the perfect time for the Galar Birds to make their Pokemon Go debut.

Now, let’s learn more about the Galarian Legendary Birds, their types, and their weakness. Galar Articuno is a Psychic/Flying-type, weak to Rock, Ghost, Electric, Ice, and Dark. Galar Zapdos is a Fighting/Flying-type, weak to Flying, Electric, Ice, Psychic, and Fairy. Galar Moltres is a Dark/Flying-type, weak to Rock, Electric, Ice, and Fairy.
