Pokemon TCG Crossover Event Details And Pokemon Debuts

We have finally gotten some information about the recently teased collaboration between Pokemon TCG and Pokemon Go, and we are sure that you will love the event just as much as we do.

Starting on June 16th, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. and ending on June 30th, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time, for the first time in the mobile game we will get three new Pokemon, and they are Pikachu wearing a Pokemon TCG hat, Wimpod and Goliospod.

Metal will also be available during this event, but only to those that have Pokemon HOME, Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! And Pokemon: Let’s Go, Eevee! through the Mystery Box that is obtained by sending a Pokemon to one of these three options. It was also said that the wait time will be reduced during the event. If you are lucky enough, you might get Shiny Meltan.

Lunatone and Solrock will also be part of the event, and during those days, both of these Pokemon will appear in the wild around the world but after the event ends, they will go back to their hemispheres, Lunatone in the Western Hemisphere and Solrock in the Eastern Hemisphere.

To make the event more interesting, there will be Collection Challenges (plural!) focused on Pokemon that will be part of the Pokemon TCG: Pokemon GO expansion. Each collection (and there will be six Collection Challenges) will become available from the start of the event until the end which is on June 30th, 2022. By completing them the rewards Trainers will get are XP, Lure Modules, an Incubator, and encounters with Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise and Meltan. If this wasn’t enough, there will be an additional three Collection Challenges starting on June 23rd, 2022, giving Trainers three more encounters with Venusaur, Charizard or Blastoise.

The Pokemon that will be appearing more frequently in the wild (who will also be featured in the Pokemon TCG: Pokemon GO expansion) are Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Squirtle, Wartortle, Alolan Rattata, Pikachu wearing a Pokemon TCG hat, Slowpoke, Magikarp, Eevee, Spinarak, Natu, Aipom, Numel, Bidoof, Pidove, Wimpod, Onix, Chansey, Snorlax, Dragonite and Slaking.
