Trainers, the Pokemon TCG Pokemon Go expansion featuring Pokemon Go themed cards will be available worldwide starting July 1, 2022, and players can find single-use promo codes in expansion products.
The first Pokemon TCG Pokemon Go expansion Pokemon Go cards will be available starting June 17, 2022, in the Asia-Pacific region, and on July 1, 2022, worldwide. The Pokemon TCG Pokemon Go expansion products will contain a single-use promo code and you can redeem this promo code to get use free useful items, and cool avatar items. Also, you can get a special Professor’s Research card featuring Professor Willow.
The special Professor’s Research card contains a single-use promo code that can be redeemed to claim exclusive Special Research. You cannot receive more than one Special Research.
NOTE: The offer code can be redeemed until August 1, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. UTC to receive the Special Research. There is no deadline to complete Special Research once it has been claimed.
To celebrate the new Pokemon TCG Pokemon Go expansion, Niantic and Pokemon Go will be hosting a Pokemon TCG crossover in-game event featuring Pikachu wearing a Pokemon TCG hat, Shadow Ball or Psystrike Mewtwo in Raids, shiny Meltan, Wimpod, Golisopod, six Collection Challenges, different Pokemon in Raids and other cool stuff.
