Bandai Namco Is Allegedly Under Ransomware Attack

Nothing has been officially confirmed yet, but there have been rumors that Bandai Namco is in the middle of a ransomware attack.

The “reported” group that has taken responsibility for the attacks is the well-known ALPHV ransomware group, whose “mission” is to victimize companies for the sole purpose of forcefully taking money from them. It is very nerve-racking to be going through these types of attacks, all while trying everything to keep confidential information safe.

The company behind many games such as Elden Ring, Tekken and more, is not the only one that has gone through ransomware attacks this year, and it is truly sad to see that happening.
