Go to the water treatment plant, climb the roofs, check the mounted weapons. Note every little detail, even things that don’t seem that important. Is the task clear, war dog?

Guide
The quest requires you to find the office buildings in the Water Treatment Plant on Lighthouse and visit their roofs. These are the exact same buildings where the Rogues are patrolling, so tread carefully. As for the roofs, they are accessible by a staircase on the outside of each of these three buildings. For a better explanation, you can find the images pinpointing the location of the three buildings and the staircases leading to the roof.
