Huge New Map is Coming To Naraka: Bladepoint on August 19

A new press release allows friends to enjoy a new and renovated Battle Royale map.

NetEase and 24 Entertainment are thrilled to announce a brand new map for Naraka: Bladepoint — adding the new region of Holoroth – available for players on August 19.

After last month’s successful launch on Xbox Series X|S, the team hasn’t relented, continuing to drive new content for players in NARAKA’s ever-expanding community. All of which ensures that, as we approach the game’s first anniversary, there is more NARAKA to enjoy than ever before. As a celebration of the announcement, the developer published a new trailer that can be found at the top of this article.

Some areas of Holoroth see a lot of snowfall and this can get quite deep, slowing progress for combatants. Players will also have to watch out for overexposure to the cold, with their character needing to seek out campfires for life-giving warmth.

While in the desert, players will need to keep an eye out for disorienting sandstorms. There are also lots of new interactions with objects to incorporate into player strategies – among them various installed mechanisms, falling rocks, and creeper vines.

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT is an up to 60-player PVP mythical action combat experience with martial arts inspired melee combat, gravity defying mobility, vast arsenals of melee & ranged weapons, legendary customizable heroes with epic abilities – inspired by the legends of the Far East.

Holoroth will bring new features to the game, with weather systems, interactive objects, and a brand new area to explore.
