MultiVersus will nerf and quite possibly dethrone Bugs Bunny

Bugsy will be tuned down after August 7.

One of the most exciting fighting games, MultiVersus, plans on seizing the abrupt and destructive abilities of Bugs Bunny. Just like Taz, he’ll probably get dethroned very rapidly as fans are always on the lookout of new meta. Bugs Bunny is one of the most played and popular characters in MultiVersus, and his abilities are one of the reasons for that.

Player First Games, the developer of MultiVersus has revealed that Bugs Bunny is getting nerfed soon. To be more precise, Tony Huynh, Player First Games’ co-founder and Game Director, who’s actively playing the game based on his recent posts, has revealed that Bugs Bunny will get nerfed after EVO 2022, which is occurring on August 7.

He further specified that Bugs Bunny will always be fun, so respectively, I doubt the nerf will be as conspicuous. More so, they haven’t even specified which abilities are precisely going to get nerfed, so there’s no room for sorrow at all.

In other news, MultiVersus has received a new patch today that improves the Batman Grapple and fixes Steven Nair’s knockback ability. The Iron Giant Air Down Special infinite should no longer be.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
