Pokemon Go Niantic’s Campfire Deleted Player’s Friends List

Trainers, Campfire is a new social app that allows players to easily find other players and offers direct and group messaging. Players can also keep track of meetups with reminders, invite friends to play, and share Raid locations. Also, it helps players to easily add and manage friends across all Niantic games. Well, that sounds great, but it looks like some players are already having issues with the new social app.

A Pokemon Go player that goes by the name of two2die477 on Reddit, shared a threat on the official TSR Reddit, saying that Campfire deleted his entire list of friends. He said that he had 200 Pokemon Go friends, but after installing the new social app Campfire, he has lost all of his friends, and now has only one friend on the list.

This is frustrating, as it takes a lot of time to get these friends, and it’s even more frustrating if a player has to complete the “Send Gifts to 3 Friends” task for a Shiny Pokemon that he wants, and you have to start adding friends all over again.

Have you installed Niantic’s Campfire app? Do you have any issues with the app? We would like to hear from you, so please leave a comment below.
