Batman, Superman, Jake, and Bugs Bunny are highly successful as they have the suited abilities for 1v1 combats. While Velma, for example, mainly needs to keep her distance from the opponent. The S Tier can pretty much be in Velma’s face and harass her until spiked. Hence, the list above.
