MultiVersus Character Tier List – August 2022

If you’re curious to see some of the best-performing characters in MultiVersus and want to break the game by picking an overpowered character, then you’re at the right spot. However, let me clear up since the get-go that any success resonates best with solid skills. Some characters are strong, others weak, especially in 1v1 situations.

MultiVersus’s always-evolving meta will be present forever, giving Player First Games a massive headache over the course of the coming period. Some abilities and characters will definitely be tuned down, while others will be buffed, giving birth to a new meta within the game. So, whether that is a high or low-tier character, it’s always better to stick with what you’re comfortable playing rather than annihilating your ranks by experimenting with something new.

MultiVersus Character Tier List – August 2022

It’s pretty evident at the moment that some characters stand out compared to others, as they will probably be tweaked in the coming period. With the current in-game leaderboards and based on our knowledge, our character tier list can be found below.

Remember that the character tier list above is pulled from 1v1 success and current ranks. Let’s talk about it more. The list above is subject to change.

Batman, Superman, Jake, and Bugs Bunny are highly successful as they have the suited abilities for 1v1 combats. While Velma, for example, mainly needs to keep her distance from the opponent. The S Tier can pretty much be in Velma’s face and harass her until spiked. Hence, the list above. Hopefully, this will help you determine and figure out what to play with before the Ranked matchmaking drops in.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
