Dota 2’s TI11 Battle Pass Arrives Today

TI11 Battle Pass waiting room.

Update: The Dota 2 Battle Pass is already available for purchase on DOTA 2’s official website.

Dota 2’s Battle Pass is due to arrive today, so make sure you prepare your wallets. In the wake of The International 2022 or TI11, Valve is ready to surprise the fans with new types of Dota 2 rewards. As always, each penny spent on the Battle Pass will be contributed to the final TI prize pool. Therefore, buying levels will indirectly contribute to a mightier TI11 reward.

TI11’s Dota 2 Battle Pass should arrive in approximately 7-8 hours from the time of this writing. That means around 9 AM PT, or 10 AM PT, as the time hasn’t been concluded yet. Valve’s compensation for the late release is that the Battle Pass will be running for an additional month after the main TI event concludes.

As we know, Wyrkhm Reddy has already confirmed the arrival date. Yesterday, he posted a meme image of Gabe Newell disguised as Thanos, with money and wallets in an aura around him. Yes, that’s exactly what’s going to happen, and we’re all basically going to empty a bucket of water into Gaben’s swimming pool.

Dota 2’s TI10 prize pool was $40,000,000. The annual TI prize pool is still in an incremental phase. From TI9 to TI10, it jumped for $6 million. This year, the prize pool is envisioned to get to $45 million. What’s most important is that Valve puts a great effort into its TI Battle Passes. Last year, the Battle Pass included three new arcanas and two hero personas, making the heroes really stand out compared to their original look.

Are you going to get the physical Aegis this time around?

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
