Last of Us Part 1 Firefly Edition Arriving To Customers Damaged

If you were baffled by the title, worry not, we were starstruck too. This is quite unusual to happen, especially to something that should be secured in a good package.

To serve as a reminder, Last of Us Part 1 has an edition called the Firefly Edition, which is priced at $99.99, a price that is already high up there to be fair. So it is understandable to be disappointed when it arrives to you damaged somewhere.

A large number of customers have tweeted that their product has come damaged, meaning that the cardboard they come in isn’t in the condition as promised. And the Firefly edition is considered a collector edition.

From what we have heard so far, PlayStation Direct customer support is denying covering costs or even replacing damaged goods, and that has caused many angry and disappointed clients.

Have you gotten your copy? Has it arrived damaged? Tell us in the comments below.
