Pokemon Go Elite Raid Eggs Delayed in Certain Regions

Trainers, Elite Raids are a new type of Raid Battles that appear from Special Raid Eggs that take 24 hours to hatch. Niantic and Pokemon Go announced that these Raids will begin at 11 AM, 2 PM, or 5 PM local time on October 16, 2022, but it looks like they are delaying Elite Raid Eggs in certain regions.
Niantic and Pokemon Go announced that they will be delaying Elite Raid Eggs in certain regions in order to allow space for other Raid Battles. According to the announcement the Elite Raid Eggs will appear on October 15 at 6 PM local time and hatch on October 16 at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM local time.
Trainers, we are delaying Elite Raid Eggs in certain regions in order to allow space for other Raid Battles. The Elite Raid Eggs will appear at 6:00 p.m. local time on October 15 and still hatch on October 16 at the originally scheduled local times of 11am, 2pm, and 5pm.

Niantic support acknowledged that this is impacting the availability of 4 Star Raids and they apologize for the inconvenience.
