Pokemon Go Mega Gyarados Raid Day Extended for a Total of 6 Hours

Trainers, someone pressed the wrong button once again and launched the Mega Gyarados Raid Day earlier than announced. The Raid Day
The Pokemon Go Mega Gyarados Raid Day started earlier than announced, and Niantic and Pokemon Go acknowledged the mistake. The Mega Gyarados Raid Day was scheduled to go live on October 8, 2022, from 2-5 PM local time, but it started at 11 AM local time.
As said above, they acknowledged the mistake and decided to extend the Raid Day for a total of six hours instead of the previous three hours. That said, the Mega Gyarados Raid Day start time has changed and will now run from 11 AM to 5 PM local time in all regions.
Trainers, we’re aware Mega Gyarados Raid Day started at 11:00 a.m. local time rather than the announced 2:00 p.m. in earlier regions. As such, we have decided to extend Raid Day in all regions from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a total of 6 hours instead of the previous 3 hours.
