Trainers, Zorua is a new Pokemon introduced in Pokemon GO. Zorua was available as a surprise encounter during October 25th Shuppet Spotlight Hour, but unfortunately, Zorua is no longer available due to a bug.
Niantic and Pokemon GO announced that Zorua would be available after they fix a bug that retains stats such as the height, CP, and attacks of the Pokemon it originally took on the form off.
In addition, Zorua already caught by trainers will not be able to be traded, sent to Pokemon home, or allowed in Go Battle League until this issue is resolved.

Have you already caught Zorua? If you have done it before the bug occured, you’ll have to wait patiently for Niantic to settle things down.
