Trainers, a new event is underway and new Field Research tasks, rewards, and Pokemon encounters are now available in the game.
The Greedy Gluttons is a new event introduced in Pokemon Go that runs from November 8, 2022, to November 23, 2022. During this period, Pokemon Go players will have a chance to battle and catch the new Ultra Beast Guzzlord from five-star Raids, take advantage of the 1/2 Hatch Distance bonus, catch different Pokemon in the wild, battle different Pokemon in Raids, hatch Cherubi, Gible, and Munchlax from 7km Eggs, complete a new Timed Research and new Field Research tasks.
The new Field Research tasks are not that hard to complete, and by completing the tasks you will encounter Exeggcute, Cherubi, and Swirlix, and earn cool rewards. Please note that all Field Research encounters can be shiny.

Greedy Gluttons Field Research
- Give your Buddy 15 Treats: 1000 Stardust
- Use 3 BErries to help catch Pokemon: Exeggcute, Cherubi, Swirlix
- Walk 2km: 2 Pinap Berry, and 3 Razz Berry
