The dual-type Psychic and Steel Legendary Pokemon Solgaleo is a new Pokemon introduced in Pokemon Go as part of the Astral Eclipse event. This Pokemon doesn’t spawn in the wild and is not available to battle and catch in Raids. The only way to get Solgaleo is to evolve Cosmog into Cosmoem and then evolve Cosmoem into Solgaleo or Lunala.

How to Get Solgaleo in Pokemon Go?
- Catch a Cosmog
- Use 25 Cosmog Candy to evolve Cosmog into Cosmoem
- After evolving into Cosmoem, you can use 100 Cosmog Candy to evolve into Solgaleo
- Note: This is a daily evolution, which means that you must evolve Cosmoem during the day to get Solgaleo
- Note: This evolution will be available starting November 23, 2022, at 10 AM
