Trainers, Team Go Rocket Leaders Arlo, Cliff, Sierra, and the Team Go Rocket Leader Giovanni are going to try to takeover the Pokemon Go world once again. This time will be different, as a new Rocket character will be joining their forces.
The Pokemon Go Team Go Rocket Takeover event is a new event in the game that is set to go live from November 14, 2022, to November 17, 2022. As expected, the three Team Go Rocket Leaders Arlo, Cliff, and Sierra will have different Shadow Pokemon lineups, and the same goes for Giovanni. But that’s not all. A new Team Go Rocket encounter has been discovered in the recent datamine, and it seems like it has a higher priority than the Team Go Rocket Boss Giovanni.
So, what do we know about this new Rocket member? Here is everything we know so far:
- It’s called Invasion Generic at the moment
- It has a higher priority than Giovanni, the Team Go Rocket Leaders, and the Grunts
- There is a new badge linked to it
- Rumors say it may be Team Magma or Team Aqua from the Hoenn Region
