Escape From Tarkov’s latest event propels Gluhar to Labs, Scavs get free pass

Escape From Tarkov’s pre-wipe events are storming in, and this one is on the way to be hotter than any previous. First of all, let’s appreciate the fact that Ryzhy has fully recovered and is alive. He and his friend have visited Gluhar, the military mastermind and man in the power of the whole military base, Reserve. They have caught his attention, and now he intends to visit the Lab.

The gesture of Ryzhy and Chepushila joining Gluhar on his way to Labs sounds like yet another event connected to labs. This is in a slightly different scenario and allows Scav players to join Labs for free, but PMCs are still limited and need a keycard to join the fun.

Event highlights

  • Gluhar has 100% spawn chance on Labs.
  • Player Scavs can now queue for Labs.
  • Player Scavs that have positive karma won’t be engaged by Gluhar (or Glukhar) and his minions.
  • There are AI Scavs too.

This event was announced via a video by Battlestate Games. The video is titled The Chronicles of Ryzhy – Chapter 4. You can watch the video below.

The most surprising act is seeing Nikita as the boss of Labs. So far, we didn’t know who was behind the most advanced POI in Escape From Tarkov. When Nikita pulled up the phone, there was a message saying Gluhar is coming to Labs together with his minions. This time around, unlike previously, he will be accompanied by a group of Scavs that will be causing mayhem.

We’re nearing wipe, boys. Make sure you enjoy the remaining of this play cycle.
