Trainers, Niantic and Pokemon Go announced the Pokemon Go New Year’s 2023 event, and we are more than happy to share all the details about this event.
The Pokemon Go New Year’s 2023 event brings a new costume Pikachu, Pikachu wearing a party top hat, Noctowl wearing a New Year’s outfit, fireworks in the sky, new Avatar item, pose, and stickers, different wild encounters, different Pokemon will be hatching from Eggs, different Pokemon will appear in Raids and you can complete new Field Research tasks and Collection Challenges.
The New Year’s 2023 event also brings 1/2 Egg Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed in an Incubator during the event period, and 1/4 Hatch Distance for the first three Eggs hatched during the event using the Pokemon Go Egg hatching widget.
For last, Reshiram will be taking over five-star Raids and Reshiram encountered in Raids will also know Fusion Flare.
