Pokemon Go Primal Surge Primal Groudon & Primal Kyogre

Trainers, Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre are the next big thing in Pokemon Go and it seems like you can encounter them during the Primal Surge.

The Primal Surge feature is a new, upcoming feature in Pokemon Go that will allow players to encounter Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre. There will also be a new set of Field Research tasks called Primal Surge Field Research tasks. These tasks will help your badge team to win hourly challenges and to boost Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre Raids for one hour.

Niantic and Pokemon Go revealed all the details about the new Mythical Wishes Season in a short trailer, and at the end of the trailer, they teased Pokemon Go Tour Hoenn with Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre.

The Primal Surge Field Research tasks are not that hard to complete. Check them out below.

  • Earn a Candy walking with your buddy
  • Catch 10 Pokemon
  • Hatch an Egg
  • Power up Ground-type Pokemon 5 times
  • Power up Water-type Pokemon 5 times
  • Win a raid
