It is not common (or is it?) for a game to not have a publisher upon its announcement, but this was the case with Fort Solis, but that was fortunately solved.
It has been stated that the official publisher of the adventure game titled Fort Solis will be Dear Villagers. Fort Solis will be available on PC (via Steam) sometime during the summer of 2023.
Here are a few words coming from Guillaume Jamet, head of publishing over at Dear Villagers:

We’re so happy to have partnered with Fallen Leaf, as Fort Solis offers such a unique mix of narrative-driven adventure, open-ended exploration, immersive sim interaction, and chilling, ominous atmosphere.
