Trainers, see those Golden PokeStops in Pokemon Go? Well, these are new types of PokeStops available in the game that will be available in the game for a limited time.
Niantic and Pokemon Go are celebrating the ability to connect Pokemon Go to Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet and catch Romaing Form Gimminghoul and evolve it into Gholdengo. Sounds great right? Well, that’s not the only new thing they introduced – they also introduced a new type of PokeStops, the Golden PokeStops.
There are two ways to turn PokeStops into Golden PokeStops. The first is when someone at Niantic presses the Golden button, and the second way is to use a Golden Lure Module.
These Golden Lures can be obtained by sending multiple Postcards to Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet.
“Roaming Form Gimmighoul won’t appear at Golden PokeStops if a Golden Lure Module wasn’t used, but treasure-hunting Trainers may still find Gimmighoul Coins when they spin the PokeStop.”
The Golden PokeStops give Gimmighoul Coins, useful items, and a chance to encounter Roaming Form Gimmighoul.
