Pokemon Go March 2023 Carnival/Festival of Colors Event

Trainers, March is right around the corner, which means we are getting closer and closer to a new Season in Pokemon Go. Niantic and Pokemon Go didn’t share any info about what’s coming next month, but we do have some clues we want to share with you all.
March 1, 2023, marks the beginning of a new Season in Pokemon Go. This Season, just like all previous ones, will last for three months, filled with events, new Pokemon, excellent bonuses, shiny Pokemon, Field Research tasks, Research Breakthrough encounters, new Mega Evolutions, different Raid Bosses, and so on. As we said above, we do have some info that we would like to share with you, so please keep reading.
Pokemon Go just got updated to v0.263.0 and the description reveals a tiny portion of what’s coming next. Check it out below.

This confirms a new Carnival/Festival of Colors event, that will most likely be a free, global event. To remind you, last year during the Festival of Colors event different Oricorio styles were appearing in specific parts of the world. We expect a great event this year too, so let’s see what they have for us.

- Hitmon event
- Bruxish in Raids
- Mega Medicham in Mega Raids + other Mega Evolutions
- Elite Raids featuring Regieleki
- Melmetal with Double Iron Bash and Shadow Regice
- Pokemon Go: Go Battle Day Plamer Style
Mega Medicham has been pushed, so fingers crossed for new, even better content soon.
