Pokemon Go: Primal Energy to be Available only for Pokemon Go Tour Hoenn Ticket Holders

Trainers, Niantic and Pokemon Go announced that Primal Energy is limited only to ticket holders, and only Go Tour Hoenn Las Vegas ticket holders will get it.

The Pokemon Go Tour Hoenn event is underway and Pokemon Go players can now use Primal Reversion. To undergo Primal Reversion, players must collect Primal Energy. Now, collecting Primal Energy has been limited to only Go Tour Las Vegas participants.

Trainers, we want to inform you that Primal Energy will only be available for ticket holders during Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn – Las Vegas. Trainers without a ticket will still be able to encounter and catch Groudon and Kyogre from Primal Raids but will not receive Primal Energy.

When you collect enough Primal Energy, Kyogre and Groudon will be able to undergo Primal Reversion and will be in that form for eight hours. The more times your Pokémon undergoes Primal Reversion, the less Primal Energy will be used. The first Primal Reversion requires 400 Primal Energy.

Primal Reversion has been observed in two Pokemon to date: the Legendary Pokemon Kyogre and Groudon, originally discovered in the Hoenn region.
