Call of Duty Warzone’s Season 2: Reloaded is the same old same thing ye?

Recently, Warzone 2.0 players have expressed frustration with the Season 2: Reloaded update. Despite adding new content, events, and weapons, players have expressed dissatisfaction with the changes, citing various issues with the game.

Key complaints from the player base include the following:

  • Perceived lack of change: Players feel that the developers are too slow in addressing issues, and some have even decided to leave the game as a result.
  • Health and time-to-kill (TTK) concerns: Suggestions to double the health of characters have been made, while others criticize the lack of changes to TTK.
  • Ongoing server and performance issues: The game continues to experience laggy servers, bugged killfeeds, and other technical problems.
  • Weapon balance: Players are unhappy with the current state of weapon balance, with some weapons, such as the fire shotgun, still considered overpowered.
  • Miscellaneous bugs and issues: Players report experiencing issues with the game, such as reverted res animations, custom interface colors not loading, and insured weapons not loading.

In addition to these concerns, many players, including myself, are deeply saddened by the ineffective anti-cheat system. Encountering cheaters in every third game has significantly impacted the enjoyment and fairness of the game. The pervasive cheating problem creates a frustrating experience and erodes the trust and loyalty of the player base.

Despite the efforts of Infinity Ward and Raven Software to improve the game, many players are unsatisfied with the current state of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone. The developers may need to pay closer attention to the community’s concerns and address these issues in future updates to retain their player base and keep the game enjoyable for all.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
