A cassette tape that helps you find your way home. Yes, that is the storyline in the upcoming game titled Cassette Beasts.
Announced by Bytten Studio and Raw Fury, Cassette Beasts will become available on PC (via Steam) on April 26th, 2023, whereas the console versions (Xbox Series, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch) will arrive sometime in late spring of 2023.
The storyline is about New Wirral, a remote island filled with creatures never before seen. The citizens of New Wirral are so scared of the creatures, that they decide to take advantage of cassette tapes, record the monsters and gain their abilities.
What a strange game, but an interesting one to be fair.
