Tyr talks about the Gods of the Desert and the Mask in a leaked video, confirming an Egypt sequel.
There is a restored dialogue from the latest God of War Ragnarok patch that hints at the Egypt sequel. The dialogue is between Tyr and Kratos, and Tyr is talking about the Egyptian Gods and Masks’ future.
Here is the dialogue between Tyr and Kratos:
Tyr: The tapestry of Fate is vast and interwoven connecting pantheons and realms beyond our understanding.
Kratos: In your travels what have you seen of these other gods and will our paths meet?
Tyr: The gods of the desert their paths are destined to converge with yours.
Kratos: What do you speak of Tyr and what purpose does this serve?
Tyr: The sands of time do not discriminate between gods of different lands it is not for us to question only to follow the threads of Destiny when the time comes you shall find strength in these unlikely alliances
Kratos: Another challenge then and what of the mask
Tyr: The mask is ever-changing and Elusive and will return in a different form its power and influence will be felt again. Remember Kratos the mask is but a catalyst your fate and the fate of the desert gods are entwined with or without it.”
