Neowizreleased a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Souls-like game, Lies of P. Developed by Round8 Studio and published by Neowiz, this dark twist on the classic tale of Pinocchio promises to captivate players with its unique take on the Souls-like genre. The recently unveiled footage, courtesy of Gamespot, offers an intriguing look into the game’s GDC 2023 version, emphasizing its rich world and deep combat system.

Although the trailer may not represent the final quality of Lies of P, it provides a tantalizing taste of what gamers can expect from this dark Belle Époque-inspired world. Players will guide Pinocchio on his relentless quest to become human, navigating related procedural quests that change based on their decisions and lies. These choices will determine the story’s outcome, giving players a heightened sense of involvement in the narrative.

The Lies of P gameplay trailer also showcases the game’s innovative combat system, allowing players to combine weapons in many ways to create entirely new armaments.
